THE DIGITAL HISTORY OF EVENTPAY
Over the years, Fabulab collaborated on several VTENEXT projects, the innovative Open Source CRM solution with a natively integrated BPM process management engine.
EVENTPAY was created to respond a specific need: managing online bookings through a system integrated into VTENEXT.
This need was dictated by the limitations of the most used booking platforms such as:
the impossibility of integration within VTENEXT
some GDPR and user data related issues
the possibility to use a single shared platform for booking and selling tickets.
WHAT WE DID
We designed and developed a module within the CRM VTENEXT, which is therefore completely customizable and integrated with the management systems.
Furthermore, the solution adopted is not a shared platform: the booking system is integrated into the existing company website or, if it is not present, a landing page created for the occasion.
The company can independently choose the payment system, among those already existing such as Stripe, Paypal, etc.
The customization possibilities are various, both at a graphic level and in terms of booking management and ticket purchase. In addition, there is the possibility of integration with e-mail marketing automation systems, already present within the CRM.
