THE DIGITAL STORY OF CISL VERONA
The relationship between Fabulab and Cisl Verona began in 2021 with the management of the website and the ambitious project of making the world of the union increasingly social, in order to reach workers through social networks.
The Cisl Verona Facebook page had already been present for a few years, but with random planning, posting mainly institutional posts and only few original contents, capable of telling the world of Cisl Verona.
WHAT WE ARE DOING
The digital history of Cisl Verona begins with a strategic analysis and an intense information activity, through in-person meetings to raise awareness among categories and members of the various offices on the importance of the project and everyone’s participation. From here, the ongoing creation of an editorial plan rich in graphic and video content.
The contents are designed both to respond to specific needs of the workers (such as being updated on deadlines, opportunities and tax news), and to strengthen the relationship with members and attract the attention of non-member workers.
People have been placed at the center of the content strategy: operators, secretaries, delegates who tell the world of Cisl Verona and inform workers about news and deadlines, building a solid and trusting relationship over time.
The contents are currently published on Facebook and on a brand new Instagram account.
Furthermore, to give greater visibility to services, important deadlines and other useful news for users, targeted advertising campaigns are designed and created, mainly with the aim of lead generation.
